FAITH’S CHEESE POTATO SOUP
1 lg. onion, diced 2 c. celery, chopped
Sauté in 2 Tbs. oil
Add-
6 medium red potatoes (cut in cubes) 3 cans chicken broth
1 jar real bacon bits
Boil until potatoes are fork tender.
Add-
½ c. flour mixed in 1 c. milk
Bring back to a boil until thick.
Add-
1 lb. Velveeta pepper to taste
Thin with 1 cup more milk if needed.
