Coat chicken breasts with olive oil and place in slow cooker.
In small bowl combine lime juice, beer, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper. Poor evenly over chicken breasts.
Cook chicken on low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
Slice or shred chicken as desired and use as filling for quesadillas or nachos. Even great diced up on salads.
If you want to grilled chicken with the same great taste simply take the same ingredients and mix into a marinade and place into a zip lock bag with chicken. Refrigerator overnight and grill the next day.
