Crush digestive biscuits and ginger cookies together. Add melted
butter and press firmly into cake tin. Place in fridge. Place 2
unopened tins of condensed milk in saucepan and cover with water.
Boil for 2 hours. Keep checking that water is covering tins. After 2
hrs slice bananas onto crust, open tins carefully and pour over
bananas. Decorate with whip cream and chocolate.
