BEV'S CHOCOLATE PIE
Bake and cool pie shell
Cook over low heat until thick-
3 egg yolks, beaten 1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbs. flour 2 Tbs. cocoa
1 1/2 Tbs. butter 1 /2 c. milk
Add 1 tsp. vanilla after cooling slightly.
For meringue-
3 egg whites
beat til foamy and add 1/2 tsp. salt
Add 3 Tbs. sugar and beat till stiff
Bake at 325 degrees until brown
