In a saucepan, add squash and enough water to cover. Bring
to boil then reduce heat to simmer. For 15 min. Process the
squash in blender. Stir in egg, milk, sweetener and butter.
In bowl, combine flour, cinnamon,baking pwd,, baking soda
and salt. Stir in mix. Fill 3/4 full.
Bake for 20 min and cool
