Cut chicken breasts in half or smaller if breasts are large.

Dip chicken in beaten egg, then flour, then egg, then parmesan cheese. Dip 1 piece at a time in this order and place in pan.

Sautee in hot melted butter on both sides until done (about 10 minutes/side). Cooking time will vary depending on size of chicken breast. Turn chicken carefully so that coating does not stick or fall off. Chicken should be nicely browned. Let simmer on stove for additional 10 minutes while all pieces finish cooking.

Serve with baked or mashed potatoes, rice a roni, etc. Add vegetable of choice.
