Cook pasta according to package directions (bring water to a boil, add pasta, boil for 10 minutes).
Drain pasta.
While pasta is cooking, brown 1/2 lb of Italian sausage (I cook 1 lb and freeze other half). Cut pepperoni in quarters. Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
When pasta and sausage are done, add all ingredients to 9 x 13 pan, reserving 1/2 of cheese.
This means add pasta, spaghetti sauce, water, sausage, pepperoni, and 1/2 cheese.
Stir to cover pasta completely and mix all ingredients.
Spread remaining cheese on top.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
