2 cups chicken broth
|

1 cup rice (not instant)
|

1 lb ground beef
|

1 meduim onion, chopped
|

2 stalks celery, chopped
|

2 med bell peppers, seeded and chopped
|

1 1/2 cups tomato sauce (or spaghetti sauce)
|
|
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Boil broth and pour over rice in greased 9X13 pan.
|
|
|
Brown meat with onions and celery. Add peppers & sauce and pour over rice.
|
|
|
Sprinkle with cheese.
|

|
Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
