Creamy Cheese Sauce- Heat 1 1/2 tea olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 2 tea garlic; cook 2 minutes. Add 2/4 cup lower sodium chicken broth, bring to a boil. Whisk in 2 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1 tbs flour, 1/4 tea salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Cook 5 minutes, stir well.
