|
Melt 1 T. butter over medium heat. Cook begetables and beef until beef is brown.

Stir in basil and pasley. Add broth and potatoes. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.

Melt remainder of butter and stir in flour. Add mil, stirring until smooth.
|
|
|
Gradually add milk mixture, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer. Stir in cheese. Add sour cream and heat thru.
