Mix all ingrediants together and put in a container or bag that will hold the meat. Pierce the meat with a fork on both sides. Let sit in refrigerator, turning occasionally, for at least two (2) hours or more (the longer the better).
Cook on barbecue, approx 7-8 min per side for rare.
After first try you can adjust the ingrediants to your liking.
