Boil chicken as you normally would - debone and chop.

2cups flour
|
|
1/2 tsp bkg sda
|
|
3 Tbsp Shortening
|
|
3/4 cup buttermilk
|
|
cut shortening into flour and bkg soda add buttermilk
|
|
and stir.
|
|
Knead 4-5 times pat to 1/2 inch thick and cut into
|
|
|
|
squares.
|
|
drop into boiling broth - reduce heat to simmer and cook
|
|
8 to 10 minutes.
