Put roast in crock in the morning in the mesh. Do not take the mesh off. put enough water to just cover the roast.

Add vinegar and red pepper.
|
|
|
Cook for 12 hours on low. Cut the mesh off and drain most of the water. Break it up and serve on buns.

Great for a big gather because you can cook many of these roast in the crock pot. The longer it is cooked the better.
