Boil 1 3/4 c broth and add orzo, cook 10 min until
done...then drain. Saute in olive oil, carrot, celery, onion
and chicken. cook 3 min stirring constantly. Stir in
remaining 2 1/4 broth, water, parley and thyme; bring to
boil. Reduce heat and simmer, cvered 10 min or until
vegies are tender. Discard herb springs. Add orzo,
spinach, juice, salt and pepper. simmer 1 min. 224
