480grams flour, 300grams margarine, 120grams sugar, 1 egg,
some lemon rind. Mix flour and margarine together until it
resembles bread crumbs. In another bowl mix sugar, egg and the
lemon rind together. Then add to the flour mixture. Mix until it
forms a dough. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes. FOR THE
FILLING- 1 cup intrita, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 egg whites.
Form small balls out of the pastry and press them into the small
muffin tins. Fill 3/4 of the way with the filling. Bake until done
about 20 min
