300g plain flour
50g cornflour
3tsp yeast
1egg - 1 egg yolk
80g butter
100g icing sugar
Some milk
Flour cornflour icing sugar yeast and butter in a bowl
Mix with fingers till it resembles breadcrumbs
Mix in eggs and enough milk to form a dough
Knead for 2 mins
Wrap in cling film and let to rest in fridge
Open and cut into 5cm diameter circles - not too thin
Bake in 180deg for 15mins only
Leave to cool and sandwich pairs together with nutella or
caramel
Powder with icing sugar
