Defrost chicken in microwave and cut into small pieces. Fry chicken in pot (with onion and garlic) with oil until about 1/2 cooked. Add hot water to pot with chopped & peeled vegetables. Add soya sauce, chicken stock, salt and pepper as your taste desires.
Allow to boil/simmer until veges and chicken are cooked.
Add noodles and finish cooking.
