Potatoes, as many as you need

1 stick of butter, softened

1-2 cups of sour cream
|

shredded cheddar cheese

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions |

|
Bake potatoes at 400 degrees until tender. Pierce sides so the don't explode-----(once baked)
|
|
|
Cut potatoes in half horizontally and scrape middle into a bowl. (Save skins)Add butter, sour cream, chheese, and salt and pepper.
|

|
Mix with an electric beater until smooth, refill the potatoe skins.
|
|
|
Put some sheese on top of the potatoes and rebake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
|
