Orange Jam - 2 kilos oranges (or lemons) / 500g sugar / 1 pkt fruttapec / 1 tsp salt.
Peel oranges and blend - pass through a pass puree' or sieve so that you end up with just juice - boil for 15 mins - add sugar, salt and fruttapec and boil for 3 mins. Pour into sterlised jars and seal.
