Mix crust ingrdients together with a pastry blender and pat into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 10 min.
Top layer
Heat all ingredients except the nuts on low in a small saucepan stirring often until smooth. Sprinkle nuts over baked crust. Pour syrup mixture over nuts. Bake 10 min or until bubbly. Do not overbake.
