Combine all ingredients except steak in marinating
container. Dock the steak heavily with a fork. Cut
steak into 3-inch pieces and add to marinade for 2-
24 hours.
Cook on grill or broiler to medium (not medium
rare). This will allow the connective tissue to
relax and tenderize. Should be 130-135 degrees. Be
sure to rest the meat (tented under foil) for 5
ninutes.
