In a small sauce pan melt butter on med to high heat.
Once butter is melted add flour stirring constantly. Once flour is bubbling in butter add sugar. Bring to a bubble.. Careful not to burn.
Add a little liquid from the can of peas ..still stirring
Once that is incorperated add the whole can of peas...add salt .... Bring to a slow bubble and turn off.
They are ready to serve.
