Wash and seed peppers (be sure to wear gloves). Process peppers in food processor puree.

Pour puree into bowl. When all peppers pureed, put puree in cheese cloth a cup or two at a time and squeeze out as much juice as possible. Discard juice.

Put pepper meat in a pan should get approximately 2 cups. Add vinegar, water and sugar.
|
|
|
Bring to boil and add 1 package of Suregell. Boil 1-2 minutes. Pour into small jars, 4 8 ounces. Put lids on immediately. Store in refrigerator.
