Empty liquor into a large glass container. Peel lemons using RINDS only and insert into liquor. Let set for 2 days at room temperature.

On 3rd day, make simple syrup, which consists of 2 bottles of water from 1/2 gallon liquor bottle and 8 cups of sugar. Bring to boil until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool to room temp (usually takes one day to cool).

Combine liquor and lemons with simple syrup and put into fridge for 2 days (Day 4 and 5).

|
On 5th day, remove from fridge, strain lemon rinds from mixture, stir and bottle. Enjoy!
