Combine biscuits and butter. Press into base of large springform tin.

Soak gelatine in water. Drain boysenberries (reserving juice), heat with gelatine mixture gently, stirring occasionally.

Beat cream cheese until lump free. Add sugar and yolks. Add berry mixture (when cooled).

|
|
Whip cream until soft peaks form and fold into berry mixture. Pour over base and chill for 2-3 hours or until set.
TOPPING- use berry juice and heat with additional gelatine mixture. pour over cheesecake when cooled slightly
