4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1/3 cup italian bread crumbs
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Flatten chicken to 1/2 inch thickness between sheets of plastic wrap. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Dip chicken into egg and then bread crumb mixture. Heat oil and cook chicken for 10-15 minutes turning once, until no longer pink in center.
Pour spaghetti sauce around chicken and heat. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over chicken.
