1 Tbl. honey
|
|
1 Tbl. orange marmalade
|
|
1 Tbl orange juice
|
|
3/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
|
|
1/2 tsp. light soy sauce
|
|
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
|
|
3/4 lb. grouper fillets (we also used tilapia)

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat broiler. Mix all ingredients except fish, mixing well.
|
|
|
Place fillets on an oiled broiler pan and brush with honey glaze. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 4 or 5 minutes, until browned.

|
Turn fillets, brush with honey glaze and broil additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
