Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8 or 9 inch loaf pan with oil or
cooking spray.
Combine bananas, egg whites, buttermilk, oil and mix well.
Set aside. Mix flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and soda, and
salt in a large bowl. Add banana mixture and blend well. Fold
in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into loaf pan and sprinkle a few chocolate chips on
top. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until toothpick comes out
clean.
May substitute Splenda for sugar for sugarless version.
