Dough- 8 oz. semolina, 8 oz. flour, 1 egg, salt and cold water. Mix
the flour and semolina together, add salt. Add the beaten egg and
about one cup water. If it's too hard to knead add some water..if
it's too soft add flour. Roll dough thinly and cut rounds with a
small cup. Fill the middle with a teaspoon of fresh cheese mixed
with one egg and the grated gbejniet. Close and secure ends with
a fork.
