1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Combine chicken,
prosciutto, onion, and broth in slow cooker. Cover and cook on
LOW 8-10 hours or on HIGH 3 1/2-4 hours.
2. Add peas and cream to cooking liquid in slow-cooker during the
last 30 minutes of cooking.
3. Remove chicken when cooked through to a warm platter. (Slice
and discard bones if using whole chicken)
4. Stir water into cornstarch in small bowl until smooth. Whisk into
cooking liquid in slow cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH 10-15 minutes
or until thickened.
5. To serve, spoon pasta onto individual plates. Place chicken on
pasta and top each portion with sauce.
