     Slow cooker lamb & lentil soup

Ingredients
1 lg. chopper onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 C. chopped spinach
2 C. green lentils
2 lamb shanks
S & P
8 C. beef broth
1/4 C. fresh lemon juice
 
Instructions
Combine all but lemon juice in crock pot. Cook low 8-10 hrs. Add lemon juice and serve.
