Mix all ingredients together for the sauce and set aside.
mix slaw mix together with aioli and set aside.
chicken...preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease a baking sheet. mix 2 C flour, salt and pepper, dredge chicken in flour and set aside..in a bowl using 1/3 of the aioli dredge the floured chicken, until coated completely. dip into crushed potato chips and press into chicken. place on baking sheet and bake about 25 minutes.
Assemble sandwiches...Lightly toast the club olls until warm. cut in half and scoop out some of the filling. spread aioli on bread , chicken cutlets, avocado, bacon, spicy slaw and extra kettle corn chips.
