300 grams turkey if you dont have a grinder then buy ground
300 grams beef if you dont have a grinder then buy ground
two medium onions
one half celery head root
parsley root
parsley
2 slices bread soaked in water and then squeeze the water out
3 garlic cloves
one tablespoon oil
one carrot
salt, pepper, 2-3
oil for frying
Instructions
If you have a meat grinder, it is best to put
everything through the grinder with the carrots
being the last item. If not, then buy ground meat
and use the food processor to replicate what a
grinder would do to the other ingredients.
mix all above together and place in the
refrigerator for half an hour.
form flat patties and fry in canola oil
