     Bitchin Brisket

Ingredients
large Onion, chopped
a bunch of celery, chopped
2 lbs carrots, peeled, slice large chunks
8 1-2 lb whole Brisket
5 lbs golden potatoes, peeled, cut into large chunks
1 family size Campbell's tomato soup
1 - 2 small cans Campbell's tomato soup
salt
pepper
 
1 tbsp flour
1 large turkey size oven bag

Instructions
Place brisket in bag, salt and pepper brisket
Cover with the vegetables, cover with tomato soup, spread around. Sprinkle flour on top. Seal bag. Cut slits in bag. Place bag in roaster pan.
Cook @350 for 1 1/2 hours. Turn down to 300. Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 more hours.
Can cut top of bag and serve right from pan. Can slice with electric knife or just pull apart meat, it should be very tender with nice sauce.
