a bunch of celery, chopped

2 lbs carrots, peeled, slice large chunks

8 1-2 lb whole Brisket
|

5 lbs golden potatoes, peeled, cut into large chunks

1 family size Campbell's tomato soup
|
|
1 - 2 small cans Campbell's tomato soup
|
|
salt
|
|
pepper
|
|
|
|
1 tbsp flour
|
|
1 large turkey size oven bag
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Place brisket in bag, salt and pepper brisket
|
|
|
Cover with the vegetables, cover with tomato
soup, spread around. Sprinkle flour on top.
Seal bag. Cut slits in bag. Place bag in
roaster pan.

|
Cook @350 for 1 1/2 hours. Turn down to 300.
Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 more hours.
|
|
|
Can cut top of bag and serve right from pan.
Can slice with electric knife or just pull apart
meat, it should be very tender with nice sauce.
