Mix sour cream and mushroom soup together. Put
1/2 of mixture in bottom of 9x13 pan. Fry
hamburger and onion, add mushrooms, if desired,
taco seasoning, and beans, heat. Divide mixture
onto shells. Roll up shells and place on top of
sour cram mixture. Top with remaining sour cream
mixture and sprinkle cheese on. Bake at 350 for
30 minutes.
