Combine all dry ingredients in a food processor and pulse until all mixed. Add the egg. Pulse until all mixed and it resembles corn meal. With the food processor running, add milk 1 tbs. at a time until the dough starts to stick together in a ball. Take out of food processor and roll into a ball. Let dough rest for 10 minutes than roll out into desired shapes. Cook for about minutes in a pot of boiling water. This recipe makes about 1/2 lb. of pasta equivalent.
