Preheat oven to 350. Add turkey, egg, bread crumbs, ginger, soy sauce to a bowl. Add thinly sliced green onions. Shape into meatballs. Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
For Sriracha glaze- combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, Sriracha, 1/4 cup water. Heat and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup water with cornstarch. Add to pot. Allow mixture to come to a simmer.
Toss meatballs in the glaze.
