1 large bunch kale leaves, washed and ribs removed
1 cup raw onion, diced
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil
Instructions
1) Heat oil in pan then add onion. Saute until it
starts to brown.
2) Add as much kale as will fit in the pan and stir
to incorporate the oil. Wait until the kale wilts
just enough to add the rest in, then stir again.
Put the lid on and allows to steam for a few
minutes.
3) When the kale looks cooked enough, turn off heat
and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
