2 cups cooked cauliflower florets

1 large egg

1/2 cup onion, minced

Instructions |

|
To cook cauliflower, steam for 4-5 minutes, until tender, but not mushy.
|

Preheat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients.

Spoon 1 tbsp of mixture in your hands and roll into small ovals. Bake for 16-18 minutes, turning halfway.
