-Preheat oven 450 F. Unfold the pie crust onto a large baking sheet and set it aside.
-In a large bowl, combine aples, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon, and toss to coat.
-Starting 1 inch in from the outer edge of pie crust, arrange apple slices in overlapping, concentric rows.
-Sprinkle cranberries over top.
-Fold up edge of pie crust, covering about 1 inch of apple filling, pinching crust slightly to keep in place.
-Bake the galette 15-20 min, until crust is golden brown and apple filling is bubby.
-Serve warm
