Crust- Mix shortening, sugar, and one egg then add flour, soda, cram of tartar and salt. pat into pan and bake 375 degrees for 8 minutes or until light brown.
Frosting- mix cream cheese, sugar, and fruit juice and spread over cooled crust, put any fruit on top. (or drained canned fruit)
glaze- mix fruit juice and cornstarch and cook until thick. cool and pour over fruit making sure fruit that browns is covered. This glaze will preserve fruit.
