DISSOLVE YEAST IN WATER ADD 2 t SUGAR AND 2 t MILK. ADD EGG YOLK AND 2 EGGS.
SCALD 1 QUART MILK COOL TILL WARM. ADD TO EGG MIXTURE. THEN ADD ALL DRY INGREDIENTS. FORM SMOOTH DOUGH

RISE 2 HOURS. IDVIDE INTO 12 BALLS.RISE 1/2 HOUR TILL DOUBLE.
ROLL EACH BALL OUT SPREAD WITH THIN LAYER HONEY. SPRINKLE WITH FILLING COVERING COMPLETELY.
BAKE 350 25-30 MIN. LOOSEN FROM PAN .GO OVER EACH ROLL WITH CRISCO WHILE HOT.

MIX 1/2 QT MILK, GROUND NUTS, SUGAR AND BEATEN EGG WHITES.
