Melt chocolate and butter, add brandy or other flavoring.
Stir in egg yolks.
Beat egg whites to soft peaks with 2 Tbl sugar
Loosen chocolate with 1/3 whites, then fold in the rest
Beat cream, sugar and vanilla
Fold in 1/2 whipped cream, reserve rest for garnish.
Refrigerate in 6 dessert bowls, add cream just before serving.
