Sift flour, soda and salt in medium bowl. Set
aside. Whisk eggs and vanilla together in a liquid
measuring cup with a spout, set aside.
Lightly brush 9X3X3 inch loaf pan w butter.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a standing mixer
fitted with the paddle attachment or with an
electric hand held mixer, cream the butter and sugar
til light and fluffy.

|
Gradually pour the egg mixture into the butter while
mixing til incorporated. Add bananas and remove the
bowl from the mixer. Mix in flour w a rubber spatula
just til incorporated. Fold in nuts and pour into
prepared pan.

Bake 55 minutes or til toothpick comes out clean.
