raisins or other small dried fruits (cranberries, cherries)
shredded/flaked coconut
chopped nuts (peanuts, walnuts, almonds, pecans)
Instructions
Cut banana into two equal halves width-wise and then cut each half again length-wise to form 2
snackwiches.
Spread one side of each snackwich with nut butter and sprinkle with desired toppings. Place
other half of bananas to top snackwich and press down to ensure tops stick to filled bottoms.
Place snackwiches on wax paper in freezer-proof covered container and freeze for several hours
minimum. Can be frozen for several days and eaten frozen as afterschool snacks.
