Preheat oven to 450.
Wrap a ham strip spirally around each asparagus spear.
Put 1 phyllo sheet on work surface. Spray with Pam. Cut crosswise into 3, 4 1/2 x 9 rectangles.
Place 1 asparagus spear on short end of the phyllo sheet. Roll up.
Arrange on baking sheet;spray again with Pam.
Bake at 450, 10 minutes, until phyllo is golden and crisp.
Serve warm or at room temp.
