CINNAMON-SUGAR CHIPS
10 10-inch flour tortillas
melted butter
CINNAMON-SUGAR
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, apples, strawberries, brown sugar and fruit preserves. cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes while the oven preheats to 350F. Coat one side of tortillas with melted butter . Sprinkle desired amount of cinnamon sugar.
Cut tortillas into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large cookie sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and crispy (at least 8-10 mins.
Spoon desired amount of fruit mixture on a chip when ready to eat.
