Jelly slice with pieces of strawberries.
3 packets jelly
3 cups (750ml) boiling water
1 tablespoon gelatin
1 cup (250ml) cream
pieces of strawberries
Method
Combine jelly crystals, boiling, steaming hot
water and gelatine.
Stir rhythmically; slow at first then harder and
harder until dissolved.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Add the cream slowly into the red liquid and stir
to unite. Put the pieces of strawberries into a
paper lined 40 x 30cm tray and then pour all the
liquid and refrigerate.
