1 roasted chicken (Trish recommended Sam's)

1/2 cup sugar ( I used Splenda)

1/2 t. sea salt

|
toss, add lid and put in the refrigerator for 15 min.

2 gala apples
|
|
4 celery stalks
|
|
1-2 cups red seedless grapes cut in half
|
|
2 cups toasted pecans
|
|
Toss all ingredients
|

Hellmann's mayo (add as much as you want and Trish always uses a new jar)
